Where to measure

Bust
Measure around the fullest part of your bust and across the shoulder blades.

Waist
Measure around your natural waistline – generally an inch above your belly button.

Hips
Measure around the widest part at the top of your hips, whilst your feet are together.

Inside Length
Measure from the top of your inside leg at the crotch to the floor.

Delivery

All our items are shipped within Two working day from receipt of full payment providing the garment is in stock.

UK – FREE: Standard Evri (2-3 working days)
Europe – £15.00: Standard International (3 to 17 working days)
Rest of the World – £30: Standard International (3 to 17 working days)

In Holiday Periods delivery times may be longer.

Returns

We hope that you will be delighted with your purchase, however, should you wish to return anything purchased online from Lux Lux Ltd we will be happy to refund an item, provided it is in a re-saleable condition. Returns of full price items should be made within 28 days of purchase, whilst sale items should be returned within 10 days of receipt. All purchases must be returned in original condition and packaging.

Exchanges

Exchanges are welcome however, please be advised that returns requiring a replacement smaller / larger size than that initially ordered will be subject to additional postage costs.
