Placing an order

HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?
Simply select an item from anywhere on this site, choose your preferred colour and size – then add to your shopping basket. Once you have finished shopping follow the check out procedure.

HOW SAFE IS SHOPPING ON LUXLUX.COM?
We realise how important it is to store any information that you provide securely so accordingly we use the very latest security systems to encrypt your payment details.

I’VE PLACED AN ORDER ON THE WEBSITE BUT WISH TO CANCEL/CHANGE MY ORDER, WHAT CAN I DO?
If you would like to cancel your order before we have dispatched it from our distribution centre then please contact us as soon as possible on 01858 545281 or by emailing us here. If your order has already left our distribution centre then unfortunately it is not possible to cancel it at this stage. Instead once your order has arrived simply follow the returns instructions enclosed and when we have received your goods you will be issued with a refund.

HOW CAN I PAY FOR MY ORDER?
You can pay using any major form of credit/debit card including but not limited to Visa, MasterCard, Delta, Switch and American Express, and we accept PayPal.

HOW DO I CREATE AN ACCOUNT?
You will have the option to create an account at the check out process. Simply select your items and add them to your basket and follow the check out process. Creating an account isn't mandatory in order to checkout. If you have an account and are logged in, your address fields are pre-filled when you place an order.

Delivery

WHERE DO YOU DELIVER?
We deliver to the UK for FREE, to Europe for £7.50 and to the Rest of the World for £15.00. Please refer to our terms and conditions.

DO YOU DELIVER OVERSEAS?
We currently deliver to mainland Europe for £7.50 and Rest of the World for £15.00. Please refer to our Delivery page for more details.

CAN YOU DELIVER TO AN ADDRESS OTHER THAN MY BILLING ADDRESS?
Yes, we can deliver to an alternative address, for example, your work address, if you wish. When placing an order you are offered the option of adding a different delivery address.

HOW MUCH DO I PAY FOR POSTAGE AND PACKING?
Postage and packing costs are FREE within the UK, £7.50 to Europe, and £15.00 for orders to the Rest of the World. There is only one delivery charge per order irrespective of how many items you order.

WHAT IF I’M OUT WHEN THE COURIER TRIES TO DELIVER MY ORDER?
If you’re not at home when Royal Mail delivers, they will leave a card for you to collect. Any purchases not delivered within eight days will be sent back to our distribution centre and your card reimbursed. Please allow up to 21 days for the refund to be processed back onto your card.

HOW LONG WILL MY DELIVERY TAKE TO ARRIVE?
We aim to dispatch within one working day providing the garment is in stock. Orders within the UK and Europe should be delivered in two to three working days, and in four to five working days for the Rest of World.

HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM I’VE ORDERED ONLINE?
Should you wish to return anything purchased from Lux Lux Ltd online we will be happy to refund an item, provided it is in a re-saleable condition. Returns of full price items should be made within 28 days of purchase, whilst sale items should be returned within 10 days of receipt. All purchases must be returned in original condition and packaging.

HOW DO I CHANGE MY PERSONAL DETAILS?
Simply log in to your account using your user name and password, where you will be able to update all your details for any future orders.

DO YOU PROCESS MAIL ORDERS?
If you are unable to order online we do offer a mail order service. Simply contact one of our customer services team on (+44) 01858 545281 who will be happy to process payment and arrange for it to be posted out to you or alternatively send out a brochure and mail order form so you can complete the order via post.
